                             BANANES AU JAMBON

              
               [Bananas Rolled in Ham]
 
  Recipe Description: Bananas, rolled in ham with a covering of Crème Fraîche and grated Gruyère - both a main course and a dessert.
 
  Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  Ingredients:

4 slices of lean cooked ham;
4 ripe bananas;
A small jar of Crème Fraîche;

1/4 cup of finely grated Gruyère;
A small chunk of butter.



Serves: 4 Persons


 


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees;
Butter a large oven-proof plate;
Peel the mature bananas and roll each in a slice of ham.  Arrange the 4 rolled-up bananas on the oven-proof plate;
Cover the banana presentation with generous servings of the Crème Fraîche and powder with the grated cheese;

Place the plate of bananas into the oven for 20 minutes;

Serve hot on the oven-proof plate.
