• Jurisdiction
  
  This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Tennessee.  If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of this agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect.
  
  You agree that any legal action or proceeding between French-at-a-touch.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the county of Knox, State of Tennessee.
  
  This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.  Any waiver of any provision of this agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by an owner of French-at-a-touch.com.
